On 13 June 2025, Assistant Professor Tat Sovann, Director of Stung Treng Regional Health Secondary School, presided over the closing ceremony of the workshop on implementing the clinical practice assessment form for complex cases in the second revision of the national Associate Degree in Midwifery curriculum.

The workshop, held from 11 to 13 June 2025, was conducted under the distinguished presidency of H.E. Dr. Mean Chivorn, representing H.E. Professor Yit Sunnara, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Health and Director of SPESHP. H.E. Dr. Mean Chivorn commended the participating midwifery clinical preceptors from hospitals in Stung Treng, Ratanakiri, Kratie, Mondulkiri, and Preah Vihear for their commitment to competency-based clinical training.
