On 12 June 2025, Assistant Professor Tat Sovann, Director of Stung Treng Regional Health Secondary School, welcomed a delegation from the Military Region 1 Health Department visiting to learn about the School’s Associate Degree in Nursing and Associate Degree in Midwifery training programmes.

The delegation included Lieutenant Colonel Khon Vicheat, Head of the Military Health Office; Lieutenant Colonel Say Rithy, Deputy Director of Military Region 1 Hospital; and First Lieutenant Dr. Ly Hengchamnol, Deputy Director of Military Region 1 Hospital.
