On 11 June 2025, Assistant Professor Tat Sovann, Director of Stung Treng Regional Health Secondary School, represented H.E. Professor Yit Sunnara, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Health and Director of SPESHP, at the opening of a workshop on implementing the clinical practice assessment form for complex cases in the second revision of the national Associate Degree in Midwifery curriculum.

The workshop was held from 11 to 13 June 2025 at the School and brought together midwifery clinical preceptors from Stung Treng Provincial Hospital, Ratanakiri Provincial Referral Hospital, Kratie Provincial Referral Hospital, Mondulkiri Provincial Referral Hospital, and 16 Makara Referral Hospital in Preah Vihear Province. Participants were encouraged to strengthen clinical skills training in accordance with the competency-based education curriculum.
